Biceps strengthens bicep (arm curl muscles or popeye)

Pulley System:

The Pulley System offers hundred’s of different exercises using adjustable cable columns with twin stands. It is easy to adjust weight, add bars, use cuffs and other options.

Smith Squat Machine:

It is safe to use as bar has locking mechanism on rack. The Smith Squat machine is in front of a mirror so you are able to watch your technique. You can do squats, lunges, bench press, incline press.

Core, Agility, and Balance:

Classes:

The Sports and rehab clinic periodically offers small group classes in the open gym area. Past classes have included: osteoarthritis, balance and yoga. Stay tuned for more upcoming classes. Rates are $6-$10/class
