Heidi is the owner of the Sports and Rehab Clinic. She has been practicing for over 30 years and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

Heidi has been an athlete her entire life, competing successfully in alpine ski racing, horse back riding and running. She has coached alpine skiing (23 years), working with kids of all ages, and soccer (6 years). Heidi has worked with the North American Hockey Academy and The Mount Mansfield Winter Academy, both in Stowe,

Heidi's extensive coaching background, along with her personal experience provides her with the skills that are necessary to return high level athletes to their peak performance level.

In October of 2015, Heidi was seriously hurt during a kiteboarding accident, in which she fractured her neck and sustained a spinal cord injury, leaving her temporarily paralyzed from the neck down. She has had a remarkable recovery, with residual permanent issues, but has been able to resume all previous activities and work.

This experience provided Heidi with more empathy for life-changing diagnoses and knowledge of how to return to a prior level of functioning.

When not working, Heidi likes to run, kayak, hike, bike, kiteboard and ski.
